Inulin comes from the roots of Cichorium intybus. Cichorium Intybus has varying effects: 

• Supports (healthy) digestion*
• Beneficial for the liver*
• Beneficial for the urinary tract*

Purity:
This product is free of added sugars. Sugars are not always listed as sugar. Common sugars and sweeteners in supplements are apple aroma, dextrose, sucrose and grape sugar. We do not use any sugars or sweeteners and therefore stands apart from other suppliers. Our products also do not contain other fillers or flavourings.

Dosage:
Adults: 4 to 6 grams per day.
The measuring scoop is equal to approximately 3,5 gram (3500 mg)

Do not exceed the maximum dosage.

Directions for use:
You can dissolve the powder in 200ml of water, preferably during a meal.
