- Free of colourants, fragrances and flavourings: We do not use any artificial colours, flavourings or fragrances in our snacks, preserving the purity of the ingredients.
- Free of palm fat: We avoid palm fat in our snacks, as it is a saturated fat which is very unhealthy for your horse.
- This snack does not contain the ADH electrolytes, so it is not a substitute for PharmaHorse Electrolytes.
Nutri Snacks Electrolytes is composed of the minerals: sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium. Whilst exercising, a horse will sweat and lose essential salts, also known as minerals.
Potassium has a positive influence on the functioning of the nervous system and plays a role in maintaining supple muscles. Magnesium is good for the functioning of muscles and contributes to a good electrolyte balance. Calcium helps to release energy from food and it is important for normal muscle functions.
